These Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS) communications between you and A.B. Modi LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number to us and agreeing to communicate by text, you agree to these terms.
A.B. Modi LLC operates a private, owner-operated, two-way conversational messaging service. We exchange one-to-one SMS messages with people we already correspond with — contacts, colleagues, clients, and service providers — for scheduling, coordination, questions, and follow-ups. This is not marketing or promotional messaging.
You receive messages from us only because you provided your mobile number to us directly and agreed to be contacted by text. We do not send messages to anyone who has not shared their number with us for this purpose.
Message frequency varies and depends on our ongoing conversation with you.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. We do not charge you for these messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending you SMS messages. To resume, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
